I have found that it is challenging to find reliable resources on the internet.

Much of the information I found online, I documented and brought with me when I had appointments with my doctor and specialists. According to the doctors, some of the information I found online was valid, but more of it was not.

Here are some of the online resources I use which I have found reliable:
– Pub Med
-National Institute of Health
-Mayo Clinic
-Cleveland Clinic
-Canadian Health Network
-ME/FM Action Network (If you are applying for disability insurance, this site has very thorough information to help guide you through this process.) This is a Canadian site, but the recommendations offered would likely still be of help to you no matter where you live.

I’m sure there are many more, but these are the ones I am familiar with. If you would like to leave me a comment on the sites you use for up to date information, I would love to know what they are! Please feel free to leave me a comment.
